This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone/email requests will not be honored. Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized; no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This effort will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.303-2. This is a sole source to Trane US, Inc., based on the fact that as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with the items on a Federal Supply Schedule. Trane US, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required are unique or highly specialized. Purchase of these supplies or service from a source other than Trane US. Inc. using commercial procedures would have resulted in additional costs and potential, mechanical and software delays, and potential schedule delays. The justification and authorization is posted. A determination by the Government not to compete with this task order based on software proprietary with Trane US, Inc. and the facility infrastructure at the 106th Rescue Wing.
