This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the purchase of winter gear for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 562119 and the size standard is $41.5 M. Solicitation number W50S8E-21-Q-0029 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05, effective 13 Aug 2019. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Contract will be awarded to the contractor whom provides a quote that conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis / solicitation and meets all the requirements that is outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. CLIN 1: Contractor shall access and pump out all contents within washwater holding tanks on the installation. There are three underground storage tanks used for washwater and the total holding capacity is 11,000 gallons. The contractor is responsible for emptying all three tanks as part of this contract. The location and access to the tanks will be granted by the Government after award of the contract. Contractor shall submit a certified report to the Government with the final total volume of washwater removed from the installation. Contractor shall be responsible for off-base disposal of the washwater contents to a permitted disposal site appropriately licensed by state or local authorities to handle the disposal. The Contractor shall provide documentation annotating the final disposition of the washwater.
