This is a 100% small business set-aside for construction services to perform energy repairs and upgrades to Building 200 at the 105th Airlift Wing, Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, NY. The project magnitude is between $750,000 and $1,000,000. Performance must begin within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed and be completed within 120 calendar days.
