The procurement is for eight mobile vehicle security barriers (brand name or equal to Rologard K2600) that must be quickly deployable by a single defender, towable by an ATV/RZR, able to mount signage and lights, and provide ballistic protection up to .50 caliber while stopping a 15,000-lb vehicle at 30 mph. The contract line items include the barriers, a transport trailer, and shipping costs. If funded, award will be based on price and technical capability, with all line items required to be priced and quotes submitted in English. Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to quote submission.
