The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for a bldg. 208 floor pit repairs project located in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: the removal of crushed stone inside the vehicle maintenance bay floor pits, removal of all mechanical devices, and capping any penetrations to the pits. The pits shall then be filled with concrete material to grade with a smooth finish, treated with a non-skid surface coating to match existing. The contract duration is 30 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 01 April 2024. The tentative date for the preproposal conference is on-or-about 17 April 2024, 10:00AM local time, location will be in the solicitation. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted by 10 April 2024 via email to joseph.kugler.1@us.af.mil. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at beta.SAM.gov.
