This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S8D23R0015 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023?01. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set?aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335313 with a small business size standard in number of employees of 1250. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is looking for a quote to be provide for the replace of existing breaker in switchgear for filtration plant cabinet. Repair existing breaker and replace in spare switchgear cabinet. The contractor will also open each switchgear clean and re-commission each switchgear (see PWS for more details) at Stewart ANG in Newburgh NY. This repair is in support of mission requirement. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in this announcement, which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose Quote conforms to the solicitation requirements.
