Further manhole location information can also be found on the “Base Sanitary” map included in the solicitation. Clarifications- 6/6/23: 1. Contractor to provide means of UNINTERUPTED sewer service throughout period of performance (PoP). Contractor means and methods. 2. Contractors are NOT allowed to use the governments temporary PVC run that is currently in place (no government furnished equipment is allowed). 3. The plans attached within this solicitation show the entire layout of the system. Services non-personal. Expediated contract action due to nature of risk. Contractor MUST be able to start work within 3 DAYS of contract award date. Contractor will perform duties as prescribed in the Performance Work Statement. Tasks are, but not limited to: pump existing effluent from S13 to the next downstream manhole S14. Clean base of manhole. Repair Manhole frame. Furnish new top riser and seal. See attached PWS for further details. Wage Determination Service Contract Act #2015-4159, Revision 22, Dated 5/10/2023 applies to this contract. ***Site Visit will be June 6th at 2pm for all of those who are interested. If you plan on attending the site visit, you MUST let kevin.fenner.1@us.af.mil know ahead of time AND ALL individuals MUST bring two (2) forms of government ID (Drivers License, SS card, Passport, etc.). ***You will NOT be allowed access to the base without the two forms of ID*** We will NOT entertain a second site visit. No questions about project details will be answered after 4:00pm on Wednesday June 7th.
