The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for a bldg. 207 interior renovation in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: removal of existing carpet, tile, base cove and replace with new paint, tile, carpet tile, outlet covers, base cove in the building 207 classroom, hallway and emergency management office, as well as replacing outdated and dilapidated exterior shop doors. The contract duration is 30 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 17 June 2022. The tentative date for the preproposal conference is on-or-about 29 June 2022, 10:00AM local time, location will be in the solicitation. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted by 22 June 2022 via email to joseph.kugler.1@us.af.mil.
