The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to construct a stormwater runoff diversion in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: creating a closed drainage system within bldg. 300 door drains to divert stormwater runoff away from the industrial waste drainage system and toward the stormwater drainage system. The door drains shall tie into a single header within the floor drain for all stormwater to drain into a sump pit sized with the capabilty to pump all runoff to a nearby roof drain. The contract duration is 30 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237110, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 07 June 2022. The tentative date for the preproposal conference is on-or-about 22 June 2022, 10:00AM local time, location will be in solicitation. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted by 15 June 2022 via email to joseph.kugler.1@us.af.mil.
