The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for several aircraft parking apron concrete repairs in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: replace 7 full depth concrete panels (20' x 20') along the taxiway portion of the apron and 1 spot located on the parking portion of the apron with joint sealant placed around the perimeter of all new panels upon curing of concrete. The contract duration is 60 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 04 August 2021. The tentative date for the preproposal conference is on-or-about 18 August 2021, 10:00AM local time, location will be in solicitation. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted by 11 August 2021 via email to joseph.kugler.1@us.af.mil. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at beta.SAM.gov.
