The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for various Fencing Repair & Upgrades in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: surveying, excavation, grading, compaction, installation of fences, swinging gates, footings, privacy slats, and associated safety features. The contract duration is 60 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 04 June 2021. The tentative date for the preproposal conference is on-or-about 16 June 2021, 10:00AM local time, location will be in solicitation. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted by 09 June 2021 via email to joseph.kugler.1@us.af.mil.
