The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the removal and installation of new retaining walls in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: surveying, inspection, excavation, grading, compaction, installation of retaining walls and associated safety features. The contract duration is 45 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a size standard of $36,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 05 August 2020. The tentative date for the pre-proposal conference is on-or-about 27 August 2020, 10:00AM local time, location will be in solicitation. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted by 20 August 2020 via email to joseph.j.kugler.mil@mail.mil. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at beta.SAM.gov.
