The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of a running track in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: surveying, designing, excavating, grading, landscaping, and installation of a running track and all associated safety features. The contract duration is 75 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 26 June 2020. The tentative date for the pre-proposal conference is on-or-about 15 July 2020, 10:00AM local time, location will be in solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted by 21 July 2020 via email to joseph.j.kugler.mil@mail.mil. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at beta.SAM.gov.
