Services, Non-Personal: The contractor will replace the existing HVAC system servicing building 214. The existing Trane system has become unserviceable and requires replacement. The new system will replace the old system with R410A refrigerant. Existing Controls System shall be modified as required below to ensure both old building technology (lontalk) and new RTU technology (BACnet) can seamlessly operate together on the current base’s web based system.
