The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY is issuing a solicitation to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Building 107 Remodel and Fitness Center located in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project work includes, but is not limited to utilizing and converting approximately 5,800 square feet of the current garage space into the new fitness center. Separating the fitness center with the remaining garage space will be ten feet (10’) high walls with an open ceiling to the remainder of the garage area. The project also includes doors, flooring, finishes, heating and cooling, fire alarm devices, etc. Wage Determination NY20200007 dtd. 04/03/2020 mod #3 applies to this solicitation. The contract duration is 45 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The date for the preproposal conference / site visit is on Wednesday 29 April 2020, 11:00AM local time. ***Due to COVID-19, we will be offering a Live Online Video pre-conference / site visit to remain in compliance with NY State mandates.This is NOT mandatory and any information/questions that may arise from this online pre-conference / site visit will be posted to the Contracting Opportunities website in an effort to be completely transparent. Contractors interested in attending the live video site visit will be required to send me your email address and cell phone number by NLT April 27th. I will then send you a link for the video conference. All questions arising from this project must be submitted by 6 May 2020 NLT 4:00pm via email to kevin.m.fenner.mil@mail.mil.
