The USPFO for Nevada intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to SHOOTING RANGE INDUSTRIES LLC (dba MILO Live) for the comprehensive modernization of an existing shooting range. The project, to be performed for the Nevada Air National Guard, includes proprietary system upgrades, significant infrastructure work, and full installation, testing, and training services. The agency states that only MILO Live is capable of meeting these integrated requirements due to proprietary target systems. Any other party wishing to be considered must submit a written capability statement demonstrating clear evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All costs for responding to this notice are at the expense of the interested party.
