Answer: Attachments are from the as-built drawings for bldg. 9 which include the panel locations and descriptions. Attachments are physical photos of the panel breakers identified in the drawings. The last attachment is a panel not included in the drawings that may have been installed after 2013. It is located inside the hydraulics shop (Rm 102) and might be the most efficient option due to its proximity to the back side of the hangar. ______________________________________________________________________________________ The Nevada Air National Guard (NV ANG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract for construction to replace the Building 9 – LED SIGN in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 16 July 2023 located at the 152nd Airlift Wing. The real property ‘NEVADA AIR NATIONAL GUARD’ sign on the east side of building 9 requires replacement to ensure the safety and functionality of the sign, which has become weathered after roughly 10 years of direct exposure to the elements. Addition of LED lighting will institute a positive image that will serve as a recruitment tool. The contractor is responsible for providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary. Additional details are provided in the Standard Form (SF) 1442 (see attached). This solicitation W50S8C-23-Q-0012 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i). If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $45M. The Disclosure of Magnitude for this project is less than $25,000 IAW FAR 36.204(a). The period of performance is 30 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (ANP). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available.
