The model of the old IR compressor has a built in air dryer. Answer: Yes, we want some form of dryer on the system, whether it be built-in or stand-alone as the long as the performance and standard is getting accomplished. 2. Is the power 460V? I am assuming it is because of the VFD. Answer: The power specs that are within the solicitation on the PWS indicate the power requirment. But to clarify, existing air compressor is on a 480 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 60hz circuit with a 100 amp breaker. This would allow the voltage range to reach up to 480. 3. We will be providing Forklift and driver? Answer: Yes, this question and answer was already presented on SAM.gov within RFI01 with “We do not have a forklift that will fit through the doors to the mechanical room where the compressor is located. Contractor will be required to provide the forklift/means and operator to bring in/remove equipment.” 4. Site Visit? Will you provide the forklift and operator to bring in/remove equipment or do we need to make arrangements to supply forklift? We do not have a forklift that will fit through the doors to the mechanical room where the compressor is located. Contractor will be required to provide the forklift/means and operator to bring in/remove equipment. 2. Are there any physical barriers/obstacles blocking removal of existing compressor? The compressor is in a mechanical room. The opening to the doors measure 83 inches tall by 70 inches wide. There should be no other physical barriers/obstacles. Description: The 152 Logistics Readiness Squadron from the Nevada Air National Guard has a requirement to remove and properly dispose of the existing Ingersoll Rand (model: IRN40H-TAS) air compressor in building 700 in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and requirements. The contractor shall provide the COR with disposal documentation showing cost, weight, and where material and/or material was disposed. If equipment is to be recycled or refurbished, the contractor shall provide the COR with any associated costs and weights. Waste disposal manifests shall be submitted to the COR within 5 calendar days of project completion. Replace the existing Ingersoll Rand (model: IRN40H-TAS) air compressor in building 700 with a new tank mounted, variable speed drive, rotary screw air compressor, able to handle loads of up to 160 cfm @150 psig rated pressure, 460v/3ph/60Hz, 140 cfm capacity. Minimal lead times required. Test complete system to ensure a fully operational final produc..
