Is the radius flexible? In searching for venues- you are limiting yourself to a max of two, and that is all. Are you shooting for a particular property? Is Henderson acceptable? 1A. We can be flexible on miles if necessary, we are revising the mileage radius to be 1-75 miles from Nellis Air Force Base to broaden the hotel availability. No particular hotel property is being requested for. Henderson Nevada is very much acceptable. 2. Your other event allowed casino hotels- will assume that this one does as well? 2A. Casino hotels and resorts are very much acceptable for this event. Note: 3 star hotels may become acceptable if meeting all other criteria in the PWS, and if no 4 or 5 stars are available. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.5 as Government Furnished, to perform Services for Nevada Air National Guard (NV ANG) Strong Bonds Training Event services, which includes providing lodging, meeting facilities, meals, and beverage services to accommodate 3 support staff and 25 military couples or approximately 53 attendees. The contractor shall provide fully furnished lodging, dining, and meeting facilities, which may include some audio visual, and internet support, Services, as defined in this PWS. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be one designated weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for the dates of 25 June - 27 June 2021. Federal sales tax exempt. See attachment I - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the full requirement to be performed and minimum standards. See attachment 2 - Wage Determination for standard rates. Place and Performance of Services: Performance shall be at a 4 - or 5-star hotel or resort at a location to be determined, but must be at least 25 miles away, but not more than 50 miles from Nellis Air Force Base located at 4625 Fitzgerald Blvd, Nellis AFB, NV 89191. Responding vendors must also include a completed 889 certification (FAR provision 52.204-24) and FAR provision 52.222-52 by completing the attached, or submitting any copy previously provided to a federal purchasing entity.
