IT SHOULD BE A TOTAL OF 53 THREE MEALS SERVED PER MEAL SERVING. 2: Section 5.6.1.1.10 notes continuous beverage service in General session from 0700-1600 on Saturday (coffee & ice water only) - is this the only day you would like all-day beverage service during your meeting times? 2A : BEVERAGE SERVICE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE DURING THE GENERAL SESSION FRIDAY, 1500-2000; SATURDAY, 0900-2000; AND SUNDAY, 0830-1300. 3: For snacks- you note in Section 5.6.1.1.8 light snacks on Saturday, but in Section 5.6.1.1.1.1.1.13, you note snacks on Saturday & Sunday. Which day(s) would you like snacks? 3A: SNACKS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE SATURDAY AT 1000 AND 1400, AND THEN SUNDAY AT 1000. 4: Will you cross the state line into CA for this event as long as it is within the 50 miles radius of 1776 National Guard Way, Reno, NV 89502? 4A: Yes, we can cross state lines into CA as long as it is within the 50 miles radius. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.5 as Government Furnished, to perform Services for Nevada Air National Guard (NV ANG) Strong Bonds Training Event services, which includes providing lodging, meeting facilities, meals, and beverage services to accommodate 3 support staff and 25 military couples or approximately 53 attendees. The contractor shall provide fully furnished lodging, dining, and meeting facilities, which may include some audio visual, and internet support, Services, as defined in this PWS. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be one designated weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) between the dates of award 11 June - 13 June 2021. Federal sales tax exempt. See attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the full requirement to be performed and minimum standards. See attachment 2 - Wage Determination for standard rates. Place and Performance of Services: Performance shall be at a 4-star, or 5-star hotel, or resort at a location to be determined, but must be at least 25 miles away, but not more than 50 miles from the Nevada Air National Guard Base located at 1776 National Guard Way, Reno, NV 89502. Responding vendors must also include a completed 889 certification (FAR provision 52.204-24) and FAR provision 52.222-52 by completing the attached, or submitting any copy previously provided to a federal purchasing entity.
