Site Visit Sign In Roster from 26 March 2021 is attached as "W50S8C-21-Q-0001 - Site Visit 26MAR2021 - Sign In Roster" RFI 0002 - 19 MAR 2021: Question 1: The solicitation ending in Q-0001 documents stated that the DDC was sole source. My question is, does that include the chiller unit as well? Also are there any additional components as far as specs for the unit you would like added to the unit? Answer 1: The only portion of this solicitation that is brand-name/sole source is for the DDC control system that is already in place and is to ensure it is connected and operational with the new unit that was on the provided J&A. RFI 0001 provided the existing manufacturer and model of the chiller as a reference, and the new chiller unit is not a sole source. RFI 001 also provided the data plate to allow offerors the ability to research component specs. All other requirements were indicated in the performance work statement. RFI 0001 - 17 MAR 2021: Question 1: Could you please provide information on the existing chiller, such as size, brand, model, etc? Answer 1: It is a Carrier from United Technologies Company. Model is 30RAN055 – 611CX; quantity – 1. Please see data plate within attachment "W50S8C-21-Q-0001 - RFI 0001". The Nevada Air National Guard (NV ANG) has a requirement to remove and dispose the existing Air Cooled Chiller, and to install a new Air Cooled Chiller in building 9, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance is estimated to be one hundred twenty (120) from 12 April 2021 - 9 August2021. See attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the full requirement to be performed and minimum standards. See attachment 2 - Wage Determination for standard rates. There will be a mandatory site visit on 26 March 2021, Time: 0900 PST, Location: 1776 National Guard Way Reno NV 89502 - Bldg 88 - Civil Engineer Squadron - Room 25 (First building to your left as you enter the base). All General Contractors and Subcontractors that will attend the Site Visit shall completely fill out the 152 AW Contractor Questionnaire (Attachment 5) for each member in attendance and provide to the appropriate office as per the instructions on the Questionnaire. The site visit is required to be eligible to submit an offer per the evaluation criteria in 52.212-2. One (1) copy of the completed Attachment, FAR 52.222-52 Certification. One (1) copy of the 889 Representation form FAR 52.204-24 Contracts are required.
