Solicitation W50S8B23R0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for C-32B (757-200) Emergency Evacuation training for the 108th Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 611512 with a size standard of $34.0 million. The contractor is required to comply with all applicable base, Local, State and Federal environmental laws and regulations, including Air Force Instructions in effect at the time of performance. The Contractor must be able to perform all duties defined within this scope on the Performance Work Statement. Quotes will be evaluated on price, past performance, and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability and past performance will be weighted the same as price to determine the best value to the government. Quotes provided from interested vendors shall contain the following information: 1. Company information – Company name, address, CAGE code (if available), Unique Entity Identified (formally called DUNS number, if available), contact name, telephone number, and email address. 2. Service Description – A detailed description of the services available that match the criteria set forth in the Attachment 3 – Performance Work Statement. 3. Pricing – All applicable price data shall be provided by potential vendors, input on Attachment 4 – Price Schedule. 4. Quantity – Quantity of Service. 5. Delivery Requirements – All applicable delivery information shall be provided by potential vendors. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Award will be made without discussions. All Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 05 Aug 2023 at 12:00 PM EST.
