The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contractor performing the services herein. Contractor shall provide sufficient personnel, management, tools, equipment, and/or supplies necessary to diagnose, repair, provide quarterly breathable air sampling to include documented results, and maintain the equipment listed in the SOW in a serviceable condition.
