Repair Corrosion Control Facility 1. This project is a 100% Small Business set aside that involves reconfiguring 2500 SF space (bath/locker room and shop area) w ith a construction magnitude betw een $500,000 and $1,000,000. The scope of work for this project will require the contractor to provide and install all material, equipment, supplies, labor & supervison required for a complete and usuable space. 2. The contractor shall be required to provide a dedicated Superintendent through usable completion of the project. Ref: FAR 52.236-6. 3. The award as a result of this solicitation w ill not be made via a task order as indicated in the specifications. A stand-alone aw ard w ill be made. 4. The Contractor w il be required to provide a Critical Path Method (CPM) Construction Schedule f ive (5) days after aw ard. ref: 52.236-15. 5. This project is on a secure military facility. All personnel accessing the base w il be required to submit personal information for a background investigation w ith the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) in accordance w ith AFI 10-245.
