Background: All construction is to be completed for the future installation of the Global ASNT system. 3. This project involves the repair and renovation of 550 square feet located in room 1083 of the Command Post facility. The scope of work for this project w ill require the contractor to provide and install all material, equipment, supplies, labor & supervison required for a complete and usuable space. 4. The contractor shall be required to provide a dedicated Superintendent through completion of the project. Ref: FAR 52.236-6. 5. Project Manager, Quality Control and Superintendent Positions are considered key positions. These positions SHALL NOT be subcontracted below the Prime Contractor. ref: FAR 52.236-6. 6. The Contractor will be required to provide a Critical Path Method (CPM) Construction Schedule five (5) days after award. ref: 52.236-15. 7. This project is on a secure military facility. All personnel accessing the base will be required to submit personal information for a background investigation with the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) in accordance w ith AFI 10-245. 8. Magnitude of Construction: FAR 36.20(c) - Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 9. Bid Bond: Bid Bond is required. ref: FAR 52.228-1 10. Vendors MUST be registered in SAM at time of Bid Opening. ref: 52.204-7(b)(1) 12.The Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 27 August 202 at 1000 in the classroom of building 3301 on JB MDL, NJ.
