This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A-22-Q-0030, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220- Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, a small business size standard of $16.5M. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 19 July 2022 at 4:00PM Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03801. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. NOTE: A site visit will be held at 9:00 am on July 12, 2022 at Pease ANGB. While the site visit is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged that interested parties attend. For those who wish to attend, please arrive at the north gate at Pease ANGB by 8:45 am on July 12th. The response deadline for this RFQ is hereby extended to 19 July 2022 at 4:00PM EST to accomodate the site visit. The question deadline is hereby extended to noon on 14 July 2022 to accomodate any further questions that may arise during the site visit. The NH National Guard requires the following items: CLIN 0001: DEMO (QTY= 1 JOB) Description: Remove and Dispose of (4) old 160 KBTU water to water heat pumps in accordance with PWS. CLIN 0002: INSTALL (QTY= 1 JOB) Description: Install (2) new 250 MBH water to water heat pumps and ancillary equipment to provide a complete and usable system in accordance with PWS. CLIN 0003: RECONFIGURE (QTY= 1 JOB) Description: Reconfigure HVAC Controls to integrate new equipment into the building HVAC system in accordance with PWS. ** Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a full description of the requirement. ** All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than noon (EST) on 14 July 2022 to Matthew Lapointe at matthew.r.lapointe.civ@army.mil.
