This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A-21-Q-0030, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333318 Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1,000 EMP. This requirement is being released on an unrestricted basis with no set-asides. All interested parties may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2 Aug, 2021 at 5pm Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH National Guard requires the following items. All items must be compatible with the Bauer Model 8071 already on-site. CLIN 0001: Secondary Gantry, QTY =1 EA Must be capable of lifting wheel halves up to 250 LBS. Must be fully compatible with Bauer 8071 Wheel build-up System. CLIN 0002: Wheel Lifting fixture, QTY= 1 EA Wheel living fixture for living wheel halves. Must be fully compatible with both the Bauer Model BS3096G and the Bauer 8071 Wheel build-up system. CLIN 0003: Main Wheel adapter assembly, QTY= 1 EA For Honeywell wheels P/N 2608811. Must be fully compatible with Bauer 8071 Wheel build-up System. CLIN 0004: Nose Wheel adapter assembly, QTY= 1 EA Used on Honeywell wheels P/N 2606735 and must be fully compatible with Bauer 8071 Wheel build-up System. CLIN 0005: Assembly Torqueing System (low), QTY= 1 EA Must have a sufficient torqueing ability to cover 22-265 FT/LBS. Must be fully compatible with Bauer 8071 Wheel build-up System. Submit signed and dated offers to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. Offers may be submitted on the SF 1449, letterhead stationery, or as otherwise specified in the solicitation. As a minimum, offers must show -- (1) The solicitation number; (2) The name, address, telephone number, Cage Code, Tax Identification Number, of the quoter; (3) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; (4) Terms of any express warranty; (5) Price and any discount terms; (6) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3 (7) Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments; (8) If the offer is not submitted on the SF 1449, include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation.
