THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT only. The purpose of the synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to (NAICS 333120 Construction Machinery Manufacturing Size Standard: 1250 EMP). Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The New Hampshire Air National Guard is seeking potential sources to provide the following supply on-site at 302 Newmarket St, Bldg 151 Newington, NH 03803: CLIN 0001: 1EA – All-Wheel Steer 2 Seat Utility Vehicle that is compatible with attached list of government-owned equipment manufactured by Bobcat. SEE ATTACHMENT #1. In addition to being compatible with the equipment listed in attachment one, the ToolCat should also meet the following specifications: Greater than or equal to 59 horsepower diesel motor High Flow Hydraulics with quick couplers Power coupling attachment (cab control actuated) Boom Float (needed for snow removal) Full-time Four-Wheel Drive Suspension 4-wheel independent Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) which Meets Requirements of SAE-J1040 & ISO 3471 Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) which Meets Requirements of SAE-J1043 & ISO3449 Hydraulic Dump Bed, Rear Receiver Hitch 4200 LB towing capacity Cab Enclosure with Heater & Air Conditioning Backup alarm Rear window protective rack mounted to the dump bed Standard work bucket. If you are a GSA contract holder, are the items/solution you are providing information for available on your schedule/contract? Please provide general pricing of your products/solution for market research purposes. Please submit your capabilities regarding the salient characteristics being provided and any information pertaining to equal to items to establish capabilities for planning purposes?
