This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A-20-Q-0024, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238190 - Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors, a small business size standard of $16.5M. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The NH National Guard requires the following service: CLIN 0001: Epoxy Flooring , 1 Job This CLIN covers all of section 3 in the Statement of Work(attached). Contractors will ensure labor and materials are broken out IAW 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 when submitting quotes. CLIN 0002: Moisture Primer Application 1, JOB IAW SOW 3.1 Moisture test CLIN 0003: Contractor Reporting Manpower Reporting (CRMA), 1 Job Period of Performance: provide timeline within your quote Site Visit.
