This is a SOURCES SOUGHT only. The purpose of the synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to the supplying a Paint Booth and installation. Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred The New Hampshire Air National Guard is seeking potential sources to provide the following services on-site at Pease Air National Guard Base: CLIN 0001: Paint Booth, 1 each. See SOW for details CLIN 0002: Installation of Paint Booth See SOW for details The Government is seeking tailored capability statements addressing the needs of this effort, with appropriate documentation. Provide in your response: 1. Estimated amount for each CLIN (general pricing) 2. Capability statement 3. Provide a Commercial off the shelf Paint Booth that can meet the Governments requirement in the SOW OR provide details if a custom paint booth will need to constructed for the requirement. 4. Lead time 5. Product origin 6. If you are a Paint Booth manufacturer, is it standard practice to sub-contract for the services required to provide a turnkey Paint Booth? 7. Provide details on a dry or wet fire suppression system so the Government can determine which is better for the requirement. 8. Determined if the Compressed Air supply is enough for your paint booth to operate normally. 9. Indicate if your business is a Prime or a Sub-contractor we will publish this information after the Source Sought to ensure a connection between potential primes and subcontracts. The information above is intended to be descriptive and not restrictive in order to describe the nature of the services requested. Interested parties are responsible for demonstrating to the Government their ability to provide the services as indicated. In responding to this sources sought, please provide a capability statement that details how your company intends to meet the salient characteristics listed in CLINS 0001 and 0002. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide these supplies, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, email address, Website, telephone number, size standard with social economic status and type of ownership for the organization, cage code, TIN number, NAICS codes(with business size) and GSA Schedule number (if applicable); BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made.
