The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for planning purposes only. The New Hampshire National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Responses to this notice are NOT considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified Small Business (SB) concerns capable of performing the requirements described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541310- Architectural Services with a Small Business Administration size standard of $12.5M. The requirement is for Type C Services in support of a construction repair project, described below. Any interested A&E firms MUST be able to provide all services in-house in order to be considered for this opportunity. Specifically, the 157th ARW of the New Hampshire Air National Guard has a need to replace three flat roofs on Bldg 254 at Pease Air National Guard Base. The total square footage of roof that needs replacement is approximately 33,250 sqft with an adhered PVC system. Work shall also include demolition of existing structures and hazardous material abatement where applicable. Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages maximum, and must include: (1) Positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor. (2) A completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form SZCQ212200. (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, may be from both Government and/or private industry projects where Type C services were rendered. The list must include the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
