The purpose of thi... This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for the purpose of conducting market research and obtaining industry information ONLY. No proposals are being requested, nor accepted at this time. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of small business concerns, including 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). This information will be used to develop an acquisition plan for possible beddown of two Negatively Pressurized Conex's (NPC's) that require a temporary storage facility to house them. The Nebraska Air National Guard is seeking qualified sources capable of providing, delivering, and erecting a 64' x 30' fabric storage facility to accommodate two (2) NPC's. The facility shall have environmental controls, insulation, and power and lighting requirements. Requirements documents are still being drafted, and the Nebraska Air National Guard is open to input from industry on key requirements to include for this requirement.
