The Nebraska Air National Guard is seeking small business sources able to provide: 74 sets (2 S, 35 M, 25 L, 12 XL) of Lightweight ESAPI Shape Ballistic Plate Backers that will fit in the AERO Assault Plate Carrier (AERO/ANG-JTAC-Size-5CCA) and the hard plate armor we already have: XL – 14”H and 11”W L – 13”H and 10”W M – 12.5”H and 9.5”W S – 11.75”H and 8.75”W (We are not sure if this is the size of the plate or the plate with .5 added for the backer size.
