An update with questions and answers dated September 22, 2026, has been attached, covering questions #14 through #19. The requirement is for complete replacement of an existing Eaton 9155 UPS located in Building 542 at the 119th Wing in Fargo, ND. The contractor must deliver, install, and start up the new UPS, while also removing and disposing of the existing Eaton 9155 UPS at the same time. All labor, tools, and expertise needed to remove the old UPS and install the new one must be provided by the contractor. Attachments 1–5 contain the complete description of the requirement.
