The 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) located at Fargo, ND is seeking information from interested small businesses capable of replacing 269 sprinkler heads as part of a 20-Year Sprinkler Head Assessment. Objective: The purpose of this notice is to identify small businesses, including but not limited to HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), that possess the capability to perform the required services. Requirements: Replacement of 269 Sprinkler Heads at a DoD facility. (Types of Sprinkler Heads include Drop Down, Upright, Directional, and Pendants). Compliance with all applicable codes and standards for sprinkler systems. Coordination with facility management to minimize disruption to operations. Proper disposal of old sprinkler heads. Submission Requirements: Interested small businesses are requested to submit the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Email Address, and Phone Number. UEI Number and CAGE Code. Business Size and Type (e.g., HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, SDB, etc.). A brief description of your company’s capability to meet the requirements outlined above. Past performance information related to similar projects, including contract number, project title, dollar amount, and a brief description of the work performed. Any other pertinent information that demonstrates your company’s ability to meet the requirements.
