THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION***** The 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) is seeking vendors interested in providing an inspection and survey of all areas of the Aircraft Fire Training Facility (AFTF). This inspection and survey shall include: An inspection of all components, lines and internal systems to identify preexisting issues/damage and to determine product life spans of all areas within the AFTF system An inspection of the tank farm and propane line that run from the tank farm to the mock up burn plane Pricing for switching all propane and water line metering devices (Solenoids) to quick-detach (easily removable) for winterization. After completing the inspection and site survey, the contractor shall provide the Government with a detailed report of all issues within the AFTF. This Sources Sought solicitation is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. Its sole purpose is to provide information for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the 119th WG. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to help the 119th WG understand industry best practices, technical solutions, and sources capable of meeting the requirements detailed by this solicitation. The 119th WG welcomes responses from all interested parties; however, no decision or award of contract will be made on the basis of responses from industry as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The 119th WG will not pay for the preparation of, nor the subsequent use of, information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. Respondents will not be notified of the outcome of the 119th WG's review of the information received. Additionally, the 119th WG does not intend to hold discussions concerning this with any interested parties, but reserves the right to contact vendors if additional information is required for clarifications as it pertains to this Sources Sought Notice. All interested vendors will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their qualifications in meeting the objectives identified above. Interested vendors must be SAM registered.
