The service required is a terminal connection to access to the National Crime Information Center (NCIC)/National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) database through ND State Radio. Connection to the NCIC/NLETS database enables the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) to vet contractors, base visitors and suspicious vehicles for the purpose of Installation defense. The terminal requiring connectivity is located in BDOC and the period of service required is one (1) year. Period of performance shall be 2 Jan 2020 through 1 Jan 2021.
