This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.603 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 119th Wing / North Dakota Air National Guard located at 1400 32nd Ave. North, Fargo, ND 58102 has a “Brand Name Only” requirement for Schneider Electric Power Monitoring Expert (PME) software upgrade, inclusive of the integration of 7 additional meters that are not yet configured/included with the current PME software. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver the required Schneider Electric PME software upgrade. See the attached Combo RFQ, Quote Sheet, and Limited Sources Justification for a complete description of this requirement.
