Panels may be mounted using either magnetic backing or a cleat-style mounting system (e.g., Z-clips or French cleats). The required RT value is corrected to 0.80 (not 0.08). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0001: The closing date and time for RFQ W50S88-25-Q-0118 is extended. Quotes are now due no later than Friday, September 26, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST). Thank you. ---- The 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard, has a requirement for acoustic wall panels to reduce reverberation time in two server-heavy, 24/7 workspaces. This is a Brand Name or Equal procurement for 24 acoustic panels with integrated magnetic backing and wall-side magnetic fixings. Panels must meet specific physical, functional, and performance characteristics, including a minimum 0.85 NRC rating and Class A ASTM E84 flammability compliance. Installation by the vendor is not required. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under FAR Part 13 procedures. Attachments include the Request for Quote (RFQ), quote sheet, and applicable provisions and clauses.
