Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available, and prices are determined fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This notice does not constitute a commitment of funds or a contract award The 119th Wing Contracting Office, Fargo, ND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for brand-name Ubiquiti WiFi equipment. Manufacturer part numbers and specifications are provided in the attached RFQ. Only the exact brand-name items specified will be considered technically acceptable. Quotes must include pricing for all listed items. Partial quotes will not be accepted. The Government reserves the right to award up to the stated quantities; actual quantities awarded may be less than the maximum amounts identified. Quotes must reflect open market pricing only; quotes under GSA, NASA SEWP, or other contract vehicles will not be considered. This notice will remain open for one (1) day only. Quotes are due by 3:00 PM CST on 23 September 2025. Quotes must remain valid through 30 September 2025.
