The North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) intends to acquire one (1) large area mower for grounds maintenance. The mower shall be a commercial-grade, wide-area mower designed for efficient cutting of large fields and airfield grounds. Funding Notice: This effort is a high-priority requirement in support of the National Guard and is being issued under “Short of Award” authority. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available, and prices are determined fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This notice does not constitute a commitment of funds or a contract award. This requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offerors shall review the attached RFQ for complete details and the attached Provisions and Clauses for compliance. Quote Sheet: Offerors may submit their own quote format; however, the attached Quote Sheet contains required information that must be provided for evaluation. Completion of the Quote Sheet is highly encouraged to ensure all required details are captured. If an offeror submits only their own format, they must ensure all information requested is included in their submission.
