A: This is a new requirement. However, the Government had a similar requirement in 2018 under Contract No. W901UZ18P5014, awarded on 03 July 2018. No further questions were received. -------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective 11 June 2025. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 327320 – Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing (size standard: 500 employees) and PSC 5610 – Mineral Construction Materials, Bulk. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. CLIN 0001: 200 Cubic Yards (CY) Ready-Mix Concrete, 4500 PSI; Delivery of 200 cubic yards of 4500 PSI ready-mix concrete. Delivery to occur during the week of July 14–18, 2025. Exact date to be coordinated with the Government after award. CLIN 0002 (Option): Up to 200 CY Ready-Mix Concrete, 4500 PSI; If exercised, the contractor shall provide a quantity not to exceed 200 cubic yards of 4500 PSI ready-mix concrete, to be delivered during the week of July 21–25, 2025. The actual quantity and specific delivery date will be coordinated with the contractor upon exercise of the option. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver the concrete in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
