Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of Requirements: The contractor shall provide all managment, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to supply and delivery 2,700 Net Tons of Recycled/Crushed Concrete for the 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard.
