The North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) is conducting market research to determine if there are interested and capable offerors in the marketplace with the knowledge, skills, interest, and capability to perform the work as described below. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The NDANG is conducting market research to identify qualified sources to modify a currently owned Tower Solutions PTM-100 Tower Model with a current meximum deployable height of 50 feet to a fully deployable height of 80 feet (essentially adding 30 feet of deployable tower) while continuing to meet the below PTM-100 Tower Model specifications: PTM-100 Specifications: Fully Deployed Height: 50’ 80’ Time to Max Deployed Height: 3 Minutes 5 Minutes Ability to Stop at any Height: Yes Yes Set Up Time: 5-15 Minutes 5-15 Minutes Top Payload Capacity: 2,000 lbs. 2,000 lbs. Approximated Tower Weight: 11, 600 lbs. 12,500 lbs. Overall Dimensions (Stowed): 101’W x 218”L x 125”H 101’W x 218”L x 125”H Footprint (Deployed) 20’x20’ 20’x20’ Interested offerors should submit a capabilities package to include the following: Name of the firm, GSA Contract Number (if applicable), point of contact, phone number, email address, SAM Unique Entity ID, CAGE code. Identification and verification of your company’s SBA certified business status (i.e., Large, Small, Certified HubZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and/or Women-Owned Business) under the appropriate NAICS code. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. The anticipated NAICS code for this project is 811210, Broadcast equipment repair and maintenance services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $30M. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Furthermore, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice.
