Central Standard Time (CST) on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022. The 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) may have an upcoming project requiring approximately 700 SF of asbestos floor tile removal. This announcement is NOT a solicitation. At this time, this requirement has not yet been completely defined; however, a solicitation may be issued when a hard requirement has been defined for this potential project. Market Research is currently being conducted to determine potential Small Business sources who may be able to fulfill this requirement. The general asbestos removal requirement is as follows: Quantity: 700 SF Asbestos Abatement: Contractor shall be licensed abatement contractor in the State of North Dakota, Removal of ACM 9” tan floor tile in room 257, building 117, dispose of ACM in an approved landfill that accepts asbestos, provide NDANG with a certification of abatement, waste shipment record and dump ticket from the approved landfill. Location: 1400 32ND Ave. North, Fargo, ND 58102 This Sources Sought notice is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. Its sole purpose is to provide information for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the 119th WG. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to help the 119th WG understand industry best practices, technical solutions, and sources capable of meeting the requirements detailed by this solicitation. The 119th WG welcomes responses from all Small Business interested parties; however, no decision or award of contract will be made on the basis of responses from industry. The 119th WG will not pay for the preparation of, nor the subsequent use of, information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. Respondents will not be notified of the outcome of the 119th WG's review of the information received. Additionally, the 119th WG does not intend to hold discussions concerning this with any interested parties, but reserves the right to contact vendors if additional information is required for clarifications as it pertains to this Sources Sought notice. All Small Business interested vendors will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote, if and when a formal solicitation is issued.
