This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W50S88-21-R-0140, is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2021-06, Effective March 12, 2021. Open-market quotes are acceptable. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 8145. The NAICS is 332439 and the business size standard is 500 Employees. This acquisition is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Please refer to pages two and three under “Basis of Award”. Description of Requirements: The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to provide three (3) each aircraft cargo shipping containers to the 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard.
