This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W50S88-21-R-138, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a). The 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard has a requirement for a Tire Balancer.
