This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2021-05, Effective March 10, 2021. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5610. The NAICS is 327999 and the business size standard is 500 Employees. This acquisition is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Description of Requirements: The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to provide Crushed Concrete for the 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard. CLIN 0001 Recycled/Crushed Concrete 1,250 NET TON (2,000 LB) Description of requirements for the products/services required: 1,250 Net Ton of Recycled/Crushed Concrete. Recycled/Crushed Concrete must be free of excessive mud and debris and also be equal to, or smaller than, 1.5 inches in diameter. All Recycled/Crushed must be delivered to the 119th Wing Regional Training Site, 1400 32nd Ave. North, Fargo, ND, 58102 not later than Friday, August 20th, 2021. In accordance with the 119th Security Forces Installation Security Program and AFI 31-101, ALL vendors who require access to the installation may be required to accomplish a WG Form 31-18 and satisfactorily complete a National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background check. Dates and place of delivery and acceptance: 119th Wing / North Dakota Air National Guard Regional Training Site, Fargo, ND. All Recycled/Crushed Concrete must be delivered No Later Than August 20th, 2021, but is subject to change by the Contracting Officer.
