The 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) is seeking Small Business contractors interested in providing an inspection, repair, performance, testing and preventative maintenance for the next five years of all sprinkler systems (wet), foam systems (HEF & AFFF), fire alarm panels (Monaco & Simplex), fire extinguisher (Class ABC, Class K, Halon and CO2), kitchen hoods and special systems which include generators, CO2 system and Novac system. These inspection and testing shall include: • All system maintenance, testing, inspections and repairs must be performed by a licensed fire protection technician. • Analysis of inspection recommendations assist with future solutions, cost reductions, priorities and preventative maintenance. • Inspections, testing, cleaning, repair and maintenance of all sprinkler and foam systems to include annual, five-year and ten-year inspections to ensure sprinkler systems are in working order and comply with NFPA 25, NFPA 11, and NFPA 291 standards, local codes and requirements. • Annual inspections, maintenance and record keeping on all fire extinguishers as well as replacement of all out of date extinguishers in accordance with NFPA 10 standards, local codes and requirements. • Semi-annul inspections and testing on all commercial kitchen hoods to ensure system is in working order and comply with NFPA 96, local codes and requirements. • Annual inspections, testing, cleaning, repair, updates and maintenance of all building fire alarm panels to ensure all systems are up to date, in working order and comply with NFPA 72, NFPA 101 standards, local codes and requirements. • Semi-annual inspections and maintenance on all facility generators to ensure all systems are in working order and comply with NFPA 110 standards, local codes and requirements. After completing all inspections, the contractor shall provide a detailed report of all issues, maintenance, and repairs of the above items. This Sources Sought solicitation is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. Its sole purpose is to provide information for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the 119th WG. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to help the 119th WG understand industry best practices, technical solutions, and sources capable of meeting the requirements detailed by this solicitation. The 119th WG welcomes responses from all interested parties; however, no decision or award of contract will be made on the basis of responses from industry. The 119th WG will not pay for the preparation of, nor the subsequent use of, information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. Respondents will not be notified of the outcome of the 119th WG's review of the information received. Additionally, the 119th WG does not intend to hold discussions concerning this with any interested parties, but reserves the right to contact vendors if additional information is required for clarifications as it pertains to this Sources Sought. All interested Small Business vendors will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote. Interested vendors must be SAM registered.
