The 119th WG intends to enter into a BPA for five years (June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2026). Lodging facilities must be within thirty (30) road miles of Minot Air Force Base, 475 Summit Drive, Minot AFB, ND 58705 and ten (10) road miles of Fraine Barracks, 430 Fraine Barracks Road, Bismarck, ND 58504. This BPA will have a period of performance of five (5) years from date of agreement via issuance of Blanket Purchase Agreement Calls. Please find the attached RFQ (including Vendor Contact Information), Terms and Conditions of the proposed BPA along with the Statement of Work and Quote Sheet. Please review these documents in their entirety for a complete description of this requirement. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 (Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels) and the Size Standard for Small Business is $35 Million. The lodging requirement consists of establising one BPA, for a period of five (5) years from date of award, to hotels in the local area via issuance of BPA Call Orders. Contractor is required to be registered in the System for Award Management (S.A.M.) Database, and maintain this registration throughout the life of the proposed BPA (5 years).

UTA dates may fall on any day of the month for select individuals but generally the services shall be required one (1) weekend per month. The contractor shall provide lodging upon request by the Government based on room availability. The total number of eligible personnel requiring lodging will fluctuate based on mission requirements and this requirement is currently being defined. The objective of this potential agreement is to provide local hotel/motel rooms and associated (authorized) services for the NDANG in the local Minot, ND and Bismarck, ND area while achieving the best terms, conditions and pricing. The hotel/motel property must be within the stated driving miles of the following address: Minot AFB, 362 Missile Ave, Minot AFB, ND 58705 – 30 mile radius (interested parties must be able to provide a minimum of three (3) mid-scale properties) Fraine Barracks, 430 Fraine Barracks Road, Bismarck, ND 58504 – 10 mile radius (interested parties must be able to provide a minimum of one (1) mid-scale property) The contractor shall, provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to provide hotel/motel rooms for authorized 119 WG (Wing) North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) unit personnel on UTA training status. The Government (119th WG) intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that will consist of a five (5) year period of performance (POP).
